I co-founded Ramsgate Space to address high vacancy rates in the town center. We promote available spaces and negotiate with landlords for affordable short-term leases, creative uses, and sustainable occupancies. Future plans include activating public spaces and empty buildings to engage the community, with a long-term goal of exploring community property ownership to revitalize the high street.
